STUDIO PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

At Kallos Wellness, our promotional offerings are designed with intention and generosity. The following terms govern all special offers (“Specials”) and are designed to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Promotional Period

Each Special is available for a defined time only, as clearly stated on the relevant offer page or promotional material (“Promotional Period”). Unless otherwise noted, this includes a published end date and time.

2. Limited Availability (Retail Products)

All Specials on physical retail products are available strictly while stocks last. Once the designated promotional stock is exhausted, the Special offer will end—regardless of the published Promotional Period. Please note, product availability (including variants and sizes) cannot be guaranteed during the offer.

3. Modification & Termination

Kallos Wellness reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
• Amend the terms, pricing, duration, or details of any Special;
• Conclude any Special prior to its advertised end;
• Adjust allocated promotional stock levels;
• Exclude specific products, brands, or customer segments;
• Correct any typographical or factual errors in relation to an advertised Special.

4. Promotional Periods Are Indicative Only

While we aim to honour each full Promotional Period, the end date is indicative only and subject to changes as outlined in Clauses 2 and 3.

5. Product Presentation

Every effort is made to ensure accurate representation of our products—including imagery, colour, and description. However, slight variations may occur. The product you receive is considered the definitive version.

 

6. Offer Combinations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Specials may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes, or loyalty redemptions.

7. Eligibility & Limitations

Specials are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid on past purchases unless expressly specified.

8. Consumer Guarantees

These terms do not override any consumer rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law. Our standard returns and refunds policy applies to all Special purchases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to Specials will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

KALLOS FIRST CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY | TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: Kallos Wellness, Nedlands WA.

2. Eligibility: Open to Western Australian residents aged 18+. Entrants must be able to travel to the Kallos Wellness studio for all treatments.

3. How to Enter:

   • Follow @kallos.wellness on Instagram

   • Like the giveaway post

   • Tag 3 friends

   • Subscribe to The Kallos Kollective email list

   • Bonus entries:
     • Share the post to Instagram Stories (+5 entrIES)
     • Complete any booking at Kallos Wellness before 22 December 2025 (+10 entries)

4. Prize:
   One winner will receive: HydraFacial, Kallos Silk Facial, Flash Radiance Facial, and a SkinCeuticals Christmas Pack. Total value $1081.

5. Prize Conditions:

   • Treatments are subject to professional suitability.

   • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

   • Cannot be used with any other offers.

6. Dates:

   • Entries open on the date of posting.

   • Entries close 22 December 2025 at 11:59pm AWST.

   • Winner announced 23 December 2025 via the @kallos.wellness Instagram account only.

7. Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen at random using a digital randomiser.

8. Notification: Winner will be contacted via Instagram DM. If no response within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

9. Privacy: Email addresses will be added to The Kallos Kollective mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Instagram Release: Instagram is not involved in or responsible for this giveaway.

11. General: Kallos Wellness reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel the giveaway if required.
