STUDIO POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

At Kallos Wellness, your confidence and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. Our studio provides skin, health and lifestyle screening, non-surgical cosmetic and dermal treatments in a refined and nurturing environment. This guide outlines how we care for you while meeting the highest professional and regulatory standards.

 

Booking & Appointment Experience

Securing Your Appointment
To protect your time and ours, a reservation fee is required for all bookings:

  • Skin & Dermal Therapy Services: $75

  • Doctor Consultation: $200

  • Cosmetic Medicine Treatments: $100

This fee is fully credited toward your service on the day. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend with less than 48 hours’ notice, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

 

Confirmation & Communication
While you may receive a confirmation email at the time of booking, SMS reminders are not guaranteed. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time and arrive accordingly.

Your Arrival
Kallos Wellness offers a discreet, private entry. To ensure a seamless experience:

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time.

  • If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you text the clinic number provided at booking.

  • Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time or result in a reschedule with a fee.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Respecting Each Other’s Time
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, late changes impact our ability to support others seeking care.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your full reservation fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Consistent Reschedules
If appointments are rescheduled more than 3 times without attendance, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required for any future bookings.

Payment, Refunds & Packages

Payment Terms
Full payment is due on the day of treatment, unless specified otherwise. For selected services, payment may be requested in advance.

Refunds & Credits

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services, including cosmetic and dermal procedures.

  • Retail products may be returned if faulty or unopened and unused, in its original condition, within 7 days.

  • Treatments and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

Packages

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Non-transferable between individuals or services.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments result in the loss of that session.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Valid for 3 years from issue.

  • Redeemable for in-clinic services or products only.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, reissued if lost, or used online.

  • Must be presented at the time of use (digital or physical).

  • Subject to the same cancellation policies as standard bookings.

 

Our Professional Standards

Kallos Wellness operates in full accordance with:

  • AHPRA: All practitioners are registered and practice within their scope.

  • TGA: We use only approved products and medical devices that meet therapeutic regulations.

  • Informed Consent: Clients receive full disclosure of treatment risks, benefits, and alternatives before proceeding.

Treatment Eligibility & Safety

Client Suitability
Each client’s treatment plan is based on individual consultation. Our practitioners reserve the right to decline or modify services if deemed unsuitable for your safety or results.

Minors & Medical Ethics

  • Cosmetic medical treatments are not provided to clients under 18.

  • Certain dermal treatments may be available for minors with guardian approval and practitioner discretion.

Children, Guests & Pets
To maintain a serene and medically safe environment:

  • Children and pets are not permitted in the clinic.

  • Only scheduled clients may enter treatment areas unless otherwise approved by your practitioner.

Online Store & Retail Terms

Product Orders

  • All online orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Kallos Wellness is not liable for delivery delays once dispatched.

  • Faulty or damaged items may be replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions & Vouchers

  • Promotional codes apply only to eligible online products.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Privacy & Client Records

We respect your privacy. Your personal and medical information is stored securely and used only for your care, per the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may request access to your health records at any time.

Legal & Feedback

Liability
By engaging in our services, you agree to release Kallos Wellness and its staff from liability for adverse outcomes resulting from non-disclosure or deviation from aftercare instructions.

Governing Law
All services and policies are governed under Western Australian law. Unresolved concerns can be escalated to HaDSCO (Health and Disability Services Complaints Office).
